As a Special Counsel in our Corporate Advisory team, you'll play a vital role in delivering expert legal advice on complex acquisitions, disposals, and investments, guiding transactions with commercial insight and regulatory expertise. You'll be working with clients across financial institutions, major corporations, founders, not-for-profits, and high-net-worth individuals. As a director, you'll play a vital role in our corporate legal team, working with clients across Australia.

What you'll do:
Deliver acquisitions, disposals, and investments for a variety of clients across a range of different industries
Provide technical advice on the Corporations Act and the FIRB regime
Draft and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts relating to Private M&A matters
Take day to day responsibility for managing matters and lawyers involved on those matters
Train lawyers in the corporate team
Collaborate with commercial, financial, tax and other advisors from across the PwC business to provide clients with holistic solutions
Contribute to team training, participating in internal & external conferences, developing thought leadership, and contributing to team initiatives
Help to mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
What we're looking for:
10+ years PQE
Solid experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts relating to private M&A matters
Experience being a trusted adviser to clients by providing expert guidance, constructive challenge, and advice on complex and diverse legal and regulatory matters
