Position: Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests with a smile and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
* Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
* Handle reservations and manage guest requests or special needs.
* Ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role (hotel experience a plus).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
