**About the role**
We require an experienced Team Leader
- to work within our High end residential garden maintenance area. This role will be diverse, working on high end residential projects and gardens. Working alongside the owner of the business, you will be supervising and working with small teams. If you are passionate about and enjoy being part of a team that maintains and creates highly detailed gardens and takes pride in their work, this will be the role for you.
**About you**
- Cert lll in Horticulture and minimum 4 years' experience
- Experience maintaining Gardens to a high standard on high end homes
- Excellent Communication and liaison skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, experience supervising a team
- Technical knowledge, competent relevant trade skills
- High attention to detail
- Hold a current Drivers licence
You will need to be experienced in landscape and garden maintenance and have the ability and skills to manage a small team to complete works to the highest standard. You will be energetic, proactive and have the ability to liaise with clients and team members. You will also demonstrate a commitment to safety and have awareness of WHSEQ.
