Due to continued growth, a rare opportunity has arisen for a passionate Automotive Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) to join an already successful new car sales team.
This is a hands-on role where you will work with your team to drive sales and guide them through every sale. Customer Service will be your forte, along with the skills and experience to help grow your team to reach their goals. You will have support from the current Sales Manager and of course, Management.
Must have previous automotive sales experience and have a current QLD Motor Vehicle Sales Licence. You will be highly motivated, able to follow set procedures (no need to re-invent the wheel), have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be professionally presented and have superior customer service experience.
A minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience is required along with management or supervisory experience.
