**The Company**
As a rising Australian property developer whose broad portfolio of outstanding commercial and residential projects, we are hunting for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager & Assistants to join us and to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate sales and marketing activities within an organisation and externally.

Our current project - Rivea, a luxurious residential tower located at one of the narrowest points between the Nerang River and the Gold Coast Beach. This prime location sets the stage for Rivea to become a standout feature in the region. The project is dedicated to establishing itself as a landmark building on the Gold Coast in the future.

**Sales and Marketing Manager**

we are hunting for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join us and to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate sales and marketing activities within an organisation and externally.
- Role & Key Responsibilities:

- **Leads the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies**, establishing clear sales targets to maximize revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen the organization's market position.
- **Oversees the design and assessment of marketing strategies**, ensuring they align with business goals, effectively engage target audiences, and drive brand awareness and market penetration.
- **Builds and manages distribution networks** for products and services, while coordinating and conducting market research initiatives to uncover opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- **Develops and enforces organizational policies and procedures** related to sales and marketing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering consistency across the organization.
- **Regularly conducts in-depth data analysis** to monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- **Leads and motivates sales teams** to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, driving successful negotiations and securing favourable sales contracts that align with business objectives.
- **Evaluates the market potential** of both new and existing store locations, utilizing demographic data, consumer trends, and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions on expansion.
- **Establishes pricing structures and discount strategies**, carefully determining price schedules and promotional rates to balance profitability with market competitiveness.

2. Your Background
- Experience: At least 3+ years in off-the-plan project marketing or a related role within the real estate/property industry.
- Client Management: Strong client servicing skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leadership Mindset: A passion for marketing, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated experience in managing and executing successful, high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Strategic Skills: Solution-focused, with exceptional time management, coordination, and organisational abilities.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Sydney residential market and the key factors influencing off-the-plan apartment buyers.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

**Sales and Marketing Assistants**

We are also looking to employ a dedicated and detail-oriented sales and marketing associate to ensure that all sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives improve company sales and brand awareness.
- Role & Key Responsibilities:

- **Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers**, ensuring consistent engagement and fostering loyalty through personalized service and ongoing communication.
- **Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals**, ensuring each document aligns with client needs and company objectives while presenting compelling value propositions.
- **Leveraging social media platforms** to generate customer interest, drive brand awareness, and engage target audiences through strategic content creation and community interaction.
- **Preparing and submitting detailed sales forecast reports** to management, providing insights into anticipated revenue trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
- **Designing and implementing effective sales strategies** aimed at driving company revenue, enhancing market share, and expanding the customer base.
- **Collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content teams** to develop high-quality advertising materials that effectively promote the company's products and services across various channels.
- **Maintaining comprehensive records of past campaign outcomes**, analysing data to determine which marketing approaches have been the most successful and identifying opportunities for refinement.
