We're looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow across major sites and projects.What You'll Be Doing: As our go-to person in the field, you'll build trusted relationships with key decision-makers — from project managers to procurement officers — ensuring we're top of mind for equipment rental, maintenance services, and workforce solutions.
You'll be on the ground where the action is, identifying project needs, tailoring proposals, and making sure the transition from sales to service is seamless and stress-free for our customers.Your Day-to-Day Might Include:Visiting project sites to build rapport and understand evolving resource needs.Crafting tailored rental and workforce solutions that hit the mark.Connecting with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.Hitting (and smashing) monthly sales targets.Staying sharp on industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor moves.Keeping our CRM up to date with opportunities, contacts, and insights.Supporting customers from pre-mobilisation right through to project delivery.You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have:2+ years' experience in B2B sales — ideally in equipment hire, fleet services or labour hire.A solid understanding of civil or mining project lifecycles.A self-starter mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.The ability to juggle multiple projects and travel to remote/regional sites.A valid driver's licence and the ability to meet site compliance requirements.Bonus Points For:Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.Familiarity with mine-spec equipment and safety protocols.Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot.A background in construction, mining services or plant hire.Who You'll Work With: You'll be collaborating closely with internal teams including our COO, Recruitment Leads, Fleet Coordinators, and more — and building relationships with key people on-site like Project Managers, Procurement Officers, and HR Managers.Why Join KMH?
