Olympia is searching for a high-level creative leader who can design, create, strategise, and lead. This role blends premium design, content creation, influencer management, copywriting, events, and brand building. Olympia has been the dominant industry leader in massage chairs for over a decade. We are now expanding beyond massage chairs into a full ecosystem of premium wellness technology, including saunas and ice baths. This role will directly shape how these new product verticals come to life and help position Olympia as Australia's premier wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Design
* Lead Olympia's visual identity across digital, social, website, retail, and campaigns
* Design premium creative assets: graphics, layouts, ads, landing pages, email visuals
* Oversee website design updates, UX improvements, and visual consistency
Content Creation
* Produce high-performing short-form content and product films
* Film, edit, direct, script, storyboard, and appear on camera when needed
* Create full campaign packages from concept to execution
Buzz & Brand Experience
* Build hype around launches, promotions, events, and brand moments
* Plan and execute physical brand activations, pop-ups, and in-store events
* Create content engines that generate attention, demand, and shares
Leadership & Ownership
* Manage creative timelines, production schedules, and campaign rollout
* Work closely with founder on brand direction and creative strategy
About You
* Experience in creative direction, design, brand, or content creation
* Exceptional design skills (Adobe CC, Figma, or similar)
* Skilled in filming, lighting, editing, and social-first content
* Strong copywriting ability and an eye for brand storytelling
* Confident managing influencers and creators
* Strategic thinker with strong project management discipline
* Mature, organised, and able to take full responsibility for outcomes
* Passionate about premium aesthetics and building buzzworthy brands
