Human Resources Generalist Role Overview
The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in the organization, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. This position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide guidance to leaders in managing people and complying with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes from start to finish
* Support hiring managers in effective recruitment and selection
* Provide sound advice to leaders on company policies, National Employment Standards, awards, and certified agreement conditions
* Support leaders in issue resolution and contribute to other people programs including performance planning and reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Degree qualification in Human Resources or similar (desirable) and/or equivalent years of relevant experience
* Experience with recruitment and selection, particularly with geographically dispersed blue-collar workforces
* Comprehensive understanding of industrial frameworks, including legislation, awards, and agreements
* Ability to liaise and negotiate with various stakeholders
* Highly effective communication and problem-solving skills
