About The Role
The Senior Project Officer, Employee Psychology Services (EPS), contributes to the development, implementation, evaluation and administration of the department's Employee Psychology Services programs and manages the delivery of key projects and programs within the EPS team and ensures continuous improvement strategies are in place and implemented.
The Senior Project Officer will maintain efficient work practices within the EPS business unit and supports administrative processes and requirements, prepares and/or contributes to briefs, policy papers and submissions and will work closely with Work Health and Safety (WHS) directorate to align tasks.
Qualifications
Essential:
A relevant qualification or work experience in line with the services of Employee Wellbeing and Psychology Services
Desirable:
Experience in the provision of Employee Wellbeing and Psychology Services
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
