About the Role
Build a long-term sales career on the Sunshine Coast with Dixon Homes.
We're seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to work with motivated buyers who are ready to build. This is a consultative role focused on helping clients make confident decisions, backed by a well-established builder, qualified leads, and a supportive local team.
Experience in real estate, construction, property, finance, or consultative sales is highly regarded, but not essential — we provide training for the right person with solid sales instincts.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and manage qualified customer enquiries (no cold calling)
- Guide clients through home designs, inclusions, and site considerations
- Read and interpret site plans, contour plans, and building layouts
- Explain the building process clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical information
- Organised, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Competent computer and administration skills
- Knowledge of residential construction, property, or town planning (highly regarded but not essential)
