Currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a team that deliver unique and unforgettable projects, this is a position for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients and all stakeholders.
**The Role**:
As a member of our clients team you will play a key role in providing administrative and designer support to produce accurate reporting and marketing for clients. Some of the main duties include:
**Some of the key responsibilities include**:
- Preparing agreements for clients
- Preparing submissions and reports for clients
- Preparing leases and disclosures as required
- Creating property brochures & signboards
- Editing photography for property listings
- Sales and Marketing support
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous Experience in Real Estate or Property in either Sales or Marketing
- Hold a Current Certificate of Registration
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
