About the role:
As a leader in their field, we're seeking a Customer Service Support Officer to help support a NetSuite implementation project and reduce the existing administrative backlog.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team. Your day-to-day will include providing product information, processing regular orders, monitoring delivery schedules and backorders and keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries around products, pricing, and availability
- Liaise with the sales team to clarify product specs and promotional offers
- Provide end-to-end support for customer follow-ups, quotes, and documentation
- Prepare accurate quotes based on project and customer requirements
- Enter and process sales orders promptly and accurately
- Monitor and manage backorders and future-dated orders
- Maintain and update CRM records with quotes, project progress, and client data
- Ensure data integrity to support business continuity during system transition
- Create and format collateral for the Business Development team
- Participate in weekly training and Q&A; sessions to stay aligned with the rollout
- Collaborate with sales representatives to clarify product specifications, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Must have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite
- Minimum of 5 years experience within Customer Service sector
- Strong customer service background with a professional and positive approach
- Experience with quoting, sales order entry and working across departments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident navigating CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy
- Reliable, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced team
- High attention to detail and ownership over task
