The S Connect Accounts Receivable & Admin Executive is responsible for the management of vending, supplementary & other contract partners, telecommunications & media concession licenses & operations which contribute to S Connect revenue across Stockland's retail portfolio in a way that is consistent with Stockland's strategy and values.
**About the Role**
- Manage allocated portfolio of accounts & its assets to achieve contracted budgets nationally and strategically grow revenue for the S Connect business.
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Accounts receivable experience
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop & manage relationships with new vending, supplementary & other contract partners, telecommunications & media concession clients.
- Business development as required.
- Negotiate licence agreement commercial terms with existing & new clients as required.
- Liaise with in house legal team to prepare, negotiate and execute new licences and the renewal of existing licences.
- Liaise with external telecommunications consultant to manage aerial accounts.
- Maintain budget, forecast & other financial reports.
- Liaise with team accounts receivable to ensure NIL debt for all clients.
- Process client payment receipting's, and account reconciliation as required.
- Prepare licence schedule of tenancy details for capital transactions team as required.
- Continue to grow brand awareness and equity to further establish Stockland as a preferred business partner.
**About You**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial and/or client relationship management with demonstrable success in managing and growing key accounts.
- Experience with reviewing legal contracts and documents
- Sound relationship management & organisational skills.
- Negotiation & Strategic skills.
- Analytical thinker & ability to interpret documents/reports.
- Financial management and reporting skills.
- Advanced MS office, Excel skills and data management systems capability.
- Technical knowledge related to shopping centre operations and contract management.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
