About The Role
We're looking for a driven
Technical Sales Representative
to join our team in the
vehicle refinishing sector based in Perth
. This role combines
sales expertise with technical know-how
, helping customers get the best results from our
Vehicle Refinish
brands and products while building strong, long-term relationships.

No previous sales experience
? No problem — sales training will be provided to set you up for success.

You'll work closely with body shops, distributors, and end-users, providing technical advice, training, and tailored solutions — all while driving sales growth across your territory.

What You'll Do

* Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Promote and sell our premium refinishing solutions to body shops and distributors
* Provide on-site technical demonstrations, product training, and support
* Identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in technical within the automotive, coatings, or refinishing industry (workshop, body shop, distribution or product support experience welcomed)
* A willingness to learn sales skills – no prior sales experience required (full sales training provided)
* Strong technical knowledge of vehicle refinishing products and processes
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Willingness to travel across the assigned region
