Responsibilities
Be the face of Cars24, making a lasting impression when customers arrive for their test drives
Build trust with customers through your reliability, timeliness, and problem-solving skills - no challenge is too big for you
Work closely with our customer operations team to ensure cars are ready for inspection, delivered correctly, and meet the highest standards
Ensure all paperwork is smoothly handled during car handover, keeping things hassle-free for the customer
Be open to learning how to assess cars for delivery or pick-up - we\'ll train you every step of the way
Play an active role in shaping the future of our customer-facing processes as we build our business from the ground up
Drive customer satisfaction by meeting performance goals and delivering exceptional service
Lead engaging test drives, listening closely to customers\' needs, asking the right questions, and helping close the sale
Requirements
What We\'re Looking For:
A Drive for Success: You\'re hungry to hit targets and achieve big things
Sales Experience: Previous face-to-face sales experience is a must, but don\'t worry - we\'ll provide industry-specific training to set you up for success
Flexibility: Ready to work weekends on a rotating roster and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Tech-Savvy: Experience with Google Docs, Hubspot, and CRM tools is a bonus, but not essential
Customer Champion: You\'re passionate about putting customers first and won\'t settle for less than 100% satisfaction. You\'ll be the voice of the customer in our organisation
Team Player: Thrive in a dynamic team setting and are excited to help shape the future of car sales in Australia
Start-Up Spirit: You\'re ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of start-up life, taking on a variety of tasks and helping us grow
Self-Starter: You take initiative, work autonomously, and bring the tenacity to take us from start-up to scale-up
