This role offers the unique opportunity for career progression, with the potential to be promoted into a Practice Manager position.This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, supporting our dental team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day practice operations.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients with a warm, professional approachAssisting the dental hygienist and dentist during patient treatments and proceduresManaging reception duties including phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient enquiriesProcessing payments and managing health fund claimsMaintaining accurate patient records and practice documentationProviding outstanding customer service and support throughout the patient journeyWhat we're looking forMinimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant, Dental Receptionist, or in a healthcare customer service roleYou need to be comfortable using technology and digital toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patientsStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detailExperience with dental practice management software (Dental4Windows experience highly regarded)A caring, qualified, and team-focused attitude.What we offerAt Sleek Teeth Whitening and Dental Hygiene, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, friendly, and qualified workplace where our team members feel valued.
