Teaching Assistant (Supply)
The Heath Trust Schools are recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants through The Supply Register. This role offers flexible work within a supportive multi‐academy trust, helping pupils achieve their full potential.
The Role
* Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
* Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required.
* Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Experience
* Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) is desirable but not essential.
* Newly qualified or aspiring Teaching Assistants are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above preferred.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through The Supply Register).
