* Proven history of work experience

Expectations:
* Participate in scheduled global training streams. Minimum 3 per week
* Adhere to and implement proven steps to success, training, tracking and compliance
* Sourcing new clientele through marketing strategies
* Effectively interview & identify qualified candidates suited to our products & structure
* Support the build of our business and clientele on a global scale
* Supporting new team members via online communication methods only eg. zoom / team meets & coaching them through the processes & products.
