Early Childhood Educators (Part-Time)
The Hive Geelong is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our growing early learning centre.

The Role
* Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
* Support children's development across social, emotional, and cognitive areas
* Build strong, professional relationships with families and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment
* Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
* Support daily routines and contribute to a positive centre culture
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Previous experience in a long day care or early learning setting
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
* Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
* Full Australian working rights
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
