We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to become a valued member of our clinical team at Hudson House in Cooma, NSW.

About the role: The successful candidate will become part of our dynamic and supportive clinical team, contributing to our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and contemporary care to our residents.
This role involves providing confident leadership and guidance to care staff, delivering skilled clinical care, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
What we're looking for: A tertiary qualification in nursing Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) A genuine interest in working within the aged care sector Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team The capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays Please note: To be considered for employment with Respect, all candidates must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability for working in the aged care industry.
