We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, based out of Rockhampton.
Your responsibilities will be to use your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your sales territory.
In this role, you will be managing an assigned territory covering Pest Control and Hygiene from Mackay down to Bundaberg, Hervey Bay.
Having an existing customer base or group to achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.
Responsibilities
Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B Sales
Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure success
Driven by data and building a network of relationships
Excellence in cold-call & plan to sales territory
Good understanding of Business clients
Autonomous and thrive on challenges
Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skills
Ability to reach & exceed sales targets

We will provide you with a competitive base salary, highly rewarding uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140k +, company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet and ongoing coaching and development.
For a sales start, this role has the potential to earn OTE $180k.
