Job Title
The primary objective of this role is to service and develop existing customer accounts, while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the designated territory.
This position requires a consultative approach to maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, working to exceed performance targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and developing business relationships with current customers to ensure retention and growth
* Serving as the primary point of contact for managing communication, project management, and other related activities
* Promoting, selling, and securing orders through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach being a business partner and adding value to the customer's operations
Key Requirements:
* Previous outside sales experience in industrial distribution preferred
* Experience with conveyors and/or automation preferred
* Experience with CRM and / or ERP systems
* Highly responsive to and respectful of customer needs
* Able to work 24/7 to meet customer demands
Additional Skills:
* Familiarity with industry trends and developments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
