MotorOne Autobody is looking for a full‐time Assemblers + Panel Beaters.
You'll carry out quality structural and non‐structural repairs in line with insurer and safety standards, helping maintain efficient turnaround times without compromising workmanship.
Your responsibilities include:
* Assessing vehicle damage and repair requirements
* Removing and refitting panels and components
* Completing repairs to industry‐standard finish quality
* Working to efficiency and safety KPIs
* Collaborating with your workshop team
What We're Looking For
To qualify, you will need:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience
* Experience in an insurance repair environment (highly regarded)
You're someone who is:
* Consistent and reliable
* Focused on quality over shortcuts
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced workshop
* Interested in ongoing development, including I‐CAR aligned training pathways
