Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled Timetable Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve coordinating and administering the completion of higher education and VET timetables, as well as ensuring the effective coordination of the Web Room Booking System across all University campuses.
About the Role
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date timetabling data by collecting, collating, and scheduling relevant timetable information for the development of the timetable.
* Provide timely and quality advice to assist in the preparation of timetabling and room booking requirements.
* Contribute to the training of staff in Scheduling Services related systems.
* Liaise with University staff to ensure that all spaces are used efficiently and appropriately in line with University standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Interpret and apply policies, procedures, guidelines, and processes to ensure compliance.
2. Determine client requirements, including gathering information, analyzing problems, and evaluating possible solutions.
3. Deliver exceptional client services to a range of diverse stakeholders.
4. Demonstrate knowledge and application of a range of software packages, including scheduling and student systems, MS Office, databases, and web publishing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
* High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
