We're looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm, supportive team at Journey Delacombe. In this role, you'll lead an engaging kindergarten program that nurtures children's learning, wellbeing and natural curiosity — while growing your own career in a centre that genuinely invests in you.
This is a permanent full‐time role, Monday to Friday, in our 3 to 5 or 4 to 5 room!

What You'll Do
* Lead and deliver a high‐quality, play‐based kindergarten program
* Create environments that spark learning, connection, and confidence
* Observe, assess, and document children's growth and milestones
* Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
* Collaborate with a team that shares your passion and values
* Contribute to centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor/Master/Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
* Confidence using digital tools to support planning and programming
