Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in a challenging and dynamic environment. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our MES Automation Layer and other critical automation systems that support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, drives, and advanced instrumentation
* Troubleshoot breakdowns and investigate root causes to drive long-term reliability improvements
* Collaborate with production, maintenance, and process teams to optimize control and tracking systems
* Assist in implementing machine learning, vision systems, and other digital transformation initiatives
* Support system upgrades and ensure all changes are well-documented and aligned with business standards
* Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies and manage critical spares and system documentation


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or a related field)
* Experience working with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA)
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to root cause analysis
* Familiarity with MES systems, process automation, or data-driven technologies
* The ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities
* A passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation
