**Description**:
The role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role will be a part of customer-focused, multi-tasking team, predominantly working with inbound calls along with seeing you;
Identify information about our customer experience through different formats: inbound and outbound calls, or other channels to inform our Voice of the Customer process
Provide back-end support to our customer-facing teams
Aim to provide a first point resolution to the customer's enquiry, and reduce the volume of transactions that are passed to our frontline team
Adhere to compliance frameworks and procedures
Share Customer Champion stories
Support case load growth of our Employment Services programs
Broadmeadows Office with the option to WFH (Work from Home) dependent on connectivity after training period.
Our Broadmeadows Hub office is located within walking distance of the Broadmeadow's Shopping Centre and Train Station with parking available as well as facilitates a Quiet / Religious Space.
Previous experience within a Call Centre environment would be highly desirable/favourable and help you succeed in this role.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**We're looking for someone who**:
Has a real passion for all things customer service (internal and external)
Has previous call centre and employment services experience - however not a deal breaker, we will provide full and comprehensive training for the right person with the right attitude
Has excellent communication skills, who is engaging with our customers and loves to be the first point of contact
Shows resilience within a fast-paced work environment and willingness to learn
Is sharp, efficient, and accurate with completion of administration practices, as well as high quality data entry skills
Can strongly demonstrate multi-tasking capacity
Has a high level of verbal and administrative communication experience
Is amazing at internal and external stakeholder relationship management
Arabic Language Skills (Highly desirable not essential)
