Prime Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-respected aged care provider based in Rockingham, seeking a Maintenance Officer / Handyman for a casual position with full-time hours. Responsibilities
General site maintenance including garden upkeep and cleaning
Repairing equipment such as hospital beds and minor facility repairs
Changing light bulbs and completing other small tasks as required
Using Microsoft Word to complete maintenance logs and reports
Flexible working hours between 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Requirements for Success
Experience in general maintenance duties (aged care experience highly regarded)
Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with elderly residents
Friendly, polite, and respectful communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive a vehicle across metro Perth
Comfortable using Microsoft Word for documentation
Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
Working with Children Check (desirable)
Strong time management and ability to work independently
