Key Responsibilities
* Design intuitive conversational experiences for chat and voice bots across multiple channels.
* Apply user experience best practices to enhance usability, clarity, and natural language interactions.
* Build, configure, and maintain chat and voice bots using low-code platforms like DialogFlow or Genesys.
* Fine-tune Natural Language Understanding models to improve intent recognition.
* Perform quality assurance testing to ensure optimal performance of conversational AI models.
* Analyze datasets to uncover gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Support the creation, prioritization, and implementation of a backlog of improvements to customer journeys.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI, including generative AI.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital optimization solutions.
Requirements
* Experience designing engaging conversational interfaces.
* Knowledge of conversational UX best practices.
* Ability to build and maintain chat and voice bots.
