Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gold Coast, QLD, for a Broker Client Manager / Loan Processor & Credit Analyst. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
The role involves managing client relationships, processing loan applications, conducting credit analyses, liaising with lenders, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. Responsibilities include assembling and assessing financial documents, submitting loan applications, following up with financial institutions, and supporting brokers to deliver tailored loan solutions that align with clients' financial goals.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge in loan processing, credit analysis, and financial documentation
* Experience in client management and providing exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in financial software, databases, and general office tools
* Understanding of lender policies, lending compliance, and financial assessment criteria
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time efficiently
* Experience in the mortgage industry is highly desirable but not mandatory
* Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or a related field are advantageous
