Compassionate Caregiver Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Carer in Echuca.
Echuca, Victoria, offers a unique blend of heritage, nature, and community spirit. Our residents and their families benefit from the rich Indigenous culture of the region, with the nearby Yorta Yorta Nation contributing to the area's distinct identity.
The Heart of the Role

This is a PPT role, working 4pm-9pm, Monday to Friday. We require candidates to have this availability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
* A genuine passion and energy for world-class care.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team and delegate tasks appropriately.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
