Job Role
As a member of our supermarket team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Your objectives include maximising sales, supporting and motivating your colleagues, and following guidelines to uphold high standards.
* Carry out daily tasks and processes efficiently.
* Follow instructions and procedures outlined in the store manual.
* Assist with the induction and training of new colleagues and ongoing development of existing staff.
Additional responsibilities include minimising stock losses, supporting quality control, and ensuring accurate inventory management. You will also report any issues or concerns to your supervisor and perform additional tasks as assigned.
