About the Role
As a Principal Psychologist, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical services across the Centre. Approximately 30% of your role will be conducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complex clients, with the remaining portion providing quality leadership and support.
You'll provide high-quality supervision to a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and AOD Specialists, oversee offence-specific and offence-related interventions, and contribute to program development that supports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation.

What You Bring
* Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
* Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
* Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
* A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
