The business operates multiple inbound and outbound logistics streams, managing suppliers, growers, transport partners, and customer distribution channels. As part of our ongoing operational improvement initiatives, the Supply Chain Analyst role supports data‑driven decision‑making to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Job Description
Daily tasks include:
1. Analyse supply chain data (shipment times, delivery accuracy, costs, inventory levels) to identify inefficiencies or risk areas.
2. Develop and implement data collection and reporting systems to optimise supply chain performance and data quality.
3. Evaluate KPI performance and present reports to management.
4. Identify and recommend cost‑saving or process‑optimisation opportunities.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, procurement, and warehouse teams.
6. Ensure compliance with Australian supply chain and regulatory standards.
Requirements
1) Qualification Level:
- AQF Bachelor Degree or higher or at least 3 years of work experience in the position or a related position may substitute the qualification.
2) Work Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant supply chain experience.
3) Other Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret KPI dashboards and operational data.
- Familiarity with Australian supply chain and compliance requirements.
Annual Salary
$76,515 + superannuation
Proposed hours of work: 38 hours per week.
