As a Data Solution Architect (MarTech / AdTech/ CDP) Senior Manager, you will:
4. Develop Solutions: Design/architect customized Martech/AdTech solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company/customer goals.
5. Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and Consultants, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices across engagements and workstreams.
6. Develop technology and industry expertise : Bring a depth of understanding and experience across target technology stacks, and industry specific expertise allowing you to drive optimal design and delivery of Martech / AdTech solutions.
7. Leverage Song Capabilities: Collaborate with colleagues to use Song Data & AI capabilities to drive client transformation for industry or functional user cases.
8. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships to foster trust, deliver value and build the Accenture brand.

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
14. Proven experience in developing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-level data and Martech/AdTech solutions regardless of platform, preferably within the consulting sector.
15. Hands on experience in delivery of marketing, advertising, and data platforms with a deep understanding of the following functions along with knowledge of the applicable platforms:
Customer data platforms (CDP’s) – Tealium, Segment, Adobe, Salesforce
Marketing data stores and platforms – Azure, AWS GCP
Campaign and decisioning technologies – Adobe, Salesforce
Analytics solutions that either support or are part of the applicable platforms
16. The ability to manage and influence cross-functional sales, marketing and technology teams, advocate for MarTech, and collaborate across the organization to create integrated solutions.
17. Comfortable supporting business development activity in response to specific client opportunities or requests – demonstrates strong business acumen and customer centricity along with technical readiness.

19. Proven experience in supporting marketing technology investment business case would be a plus.
20. Proven history of working on customer-centric projects that drive value and growth transformations in a top tier consulting firm or internal marketing strategy team.
