About the Role
In this role, you'll work closely with the sales and leadership teams including the CEO, providing administrative support while also assisting with sales coordination and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting CEO and COO with daily organisational tasks
* Managing inbound enquiries and directing them appropriately
* Maintaining CRM records and customer databases
* Preparing reports, documents and presentations
* Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and basic accounts admin
* Coordinating meetings, calendars and internal communications
* Supporting the sales team with quotes, proposals and events
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator (written and verbal)
* Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and cloud tools
* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Previous experience in sales support, administration, EA roles or customer service is highly regarded
* Interest in technology and telecommunications
