**Role Intro**:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to join Greater Bank's progressive IT team. With a core focus on providing effective and efficient support to Greater Bank's user base for hardware, software, and user maintenance in day-to-day operation of the IT Helpdesk. **We have fulltime & fulltime fixed term contract opportunities on offer.**

**What are we looking for?**

Someone who can hit the ground running, you will have excellent communication skills, a confident and friendly personality that enables you to build strong relationships with your stakeholders across the organisation including Senior Managers and Executives.

Skills and experience:

- IT related tertiary qualification
- At least 12 months experience in the industry
- Day to day operations including systems, service, advice and support
- Understanding of end user support and Active Directory
- Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for hardware, software and Greater Bank Network
- Strong customer service, attention to detail and work ethic
- An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Maintain, support and provision Desktops, Laptops and Mobile devices, in addition to Printers and other peripherals
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal staff with a can-do attitude
- Troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and internal network issues in a logical and methodical manner
- Work as a team to proactively improve IT processes
- Maintain and update technical documentation as required
- Familiar with the operation and setup of Microsoft Office products
- Performing data back-up procedures to ensure data protection
- Monitoring systems and performing preventative maintenance to mitigate issues
- Coordinating with third party service providers for warranty repairs.
