About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated
Sales & Marketing Manager
to drive our next growth phase nationally.
As a senior member of the leadership team, you'll:
Help develop and lead the sales strategy to deliver national revenue growth.
Manage key relationships and secure projects with councils, developers, retailers, architects, community organisations, schools and other target groups.
Direct and inspire marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Oversee the launch of
Cool Canopy
across Australia in ****.
Collaborate closely with the Directors, CFO, and team to meet and exceed company targets.
Help build sales teams interstate.
You'll combine commercial acumen, creativity, and purpose — helping shape the future of sustainable cities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies across all major market sectors.
Build and manage B2B and B2C relationships nationally.
Lead sales in Victoria and nationally.
Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, social, and trade channels.
Coordinate product launches, trade events, and media activity.
Track performance, report on KPIs, and provide market intelligence to guide innovation.
About You
You're an energetic, strategic sales and marketing professional who thrives on growth and impact. You'll bring:
5+ years' experience
in sales and/or marketing, ideally within horticulture, sustainability, or green infrastructure sectors or similar.
Strong
B2B experience
with proven success achieving revenue and margin targets.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong digital marketing and brand-building capabilities.
Self-motivation, adaptability, and a genuine passion for sustainability, practical climate action and innovation.
