Build and maintain Tier-1 backend services and APIs for deploying and serving machine learning models in production
Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize models and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
Write clean, efficient code for backend systems and agentic systems, building metrics and dashboards, and deep technical investigations
Monitor and debug issues across systems - platform components, API, model-serving infrastructure
Continuously improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering and automation
Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing ideas to simplify, scale, and improve our systems
Explore how things work behind the scenes, proactively identifying and addressing inefficiencies or technical debt
Strong experience with deploying machine learning models into production environments
Strong experience with Evals with measurement driven approach to shipping AI capabilities
Strong software engineering skills focused on maintainable systems and solid design
Strong experience of operating Tier-1 systems at scale reliably
Solid understanding of data workflows, including building and maintaining data pipelines and transformations
A naturally curious mindset — you enjoy digging into unfamiliar systems and figuring out how things work
Growth-oriented and self-driven — you like learning new tools, technologies, and patterns
Good to have - Experience building and operating AI Agentic Systems at scale
