The Inclusion and Diverse Learning Coordinator (IDL) models faith in action, supporting the school community to develop a shared vision that focuses on providing a high-quality Catholic education for all students.

Selection Criteria
* Ability to:
o Effectively work as part of a team within an educational setting.
o Organise work priorities in line with the school and CEDWW's vision and strategic plan.
o Establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members.
* Understanding of the use of data to inform coordinator practice and student learning improvement
* Demonstrate current knowledge of legislation and practices in regard to students with learning difficulties, disabilities and learning support needs through updated knowledge of:
o Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act, 1998
o United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2006
o Disability Discrimination Act, 1992
o Disability Standards for Education, 2005
o Alice Springs (Mparntwe) Education Declaration, 2019
o Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) procedures and policies.
* Understanding and respect for professional confidentiality requirements.
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education
* Bachelor of Education. Desirable qualifications in Special Education or Inclusive Education
* Classroom teaching experience (minimum 3 years)
* Current NESA registration
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* Successful candidate to undergo a National Criminal History Check
* Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category B, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or working towards Accreditation.
