About the Role:
* We are seeking a skilled Rural Products Sales Representative to join our permanent, full-time team.
* You will play a key role in providing logistics support, including receiving and dispatching stock, while leveraging your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
* Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with in-store rural products sales and handle client queries effectively.
* Perform quotes and sales administration processes efficiently.
* Fulfill client orders, manage deliveries, and ensure timely processing of sales transactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
* Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
About You:
* You possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients.
* You have a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills.
* You are capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
* A valid driver's license is required; a forklift license is preferred but not necessary.
