The Position:
Based in the Hunter Valley (greater Singleton area), the HR Advisor role is responsible for effectively partners with stakeholder to drive engagement, productivity and efficiency that are delivered in a consistent and best practice manner in alignment with Yancoal values. This position assists the HR Manager to provide proactive and effective HR support to the site operational team. This role is responsible for successfully driving HR initiatives across the operation to meet the site plan on a page target while supporting an inclusive safety culture. This is achieved through solid influencing and clear communication to key stakeholders to deliver site aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management (SAP)
Organisation design and workforce planning
Interpreting industrial legislation, awards and agreements
Managing workers compensation cases
Mediation
Incident investigations & reporting
Implementing Group policies
Reporting and data analysis
End to end recruitment and selection
Remuneration and benefits
Performance Management
Relevant degree qualification(s) and at least four years' experience in a similar role
Proven experience proactively managing a variety of employee relations issues
Proven experience in managing organisational change
Drivers license
SAP experience strongly preferred.
