Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, particularly in conference and events management.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in event planning software and familiarity with audiovisual equipment and setups is desirable.
