WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you :
* Are an admitted lawyer in NSW (or eligible to be)+have minimum 3+ years PAE in family law (no maximum limit);
* Have proven ability to autonomously manage your own family law files from start to finish;
* Have strong technical knowledge of family law legislation +court practice / procedures in the Family / Children's / Federal Circuit courts;
* Have strong drafting / negotiation / client-management skills;
* are willing / able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city (if currently not residing in / close to Coffs Harbour)+ hungry to MAKE YOUR MARK and advance your career long-term with an impressive firm + improve your life quality (free from the stresses+pollution+congestion+high costs of the city) too.
