We’re looking for a motivated technician to join our growing team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets the highest mechanical and safety standards before reaching our customers. As a Technician, you are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and carrying out necessary and relevant service and repair work to all cars to meet quality standards and set targets. The role works as part of the operations team, sharing ideas, problem-solving and refining best practices. As part of our workshop team, you will: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out high-quality repairs and servicing Complete certification and safety inspections (including Pink/Blue Slips where applicable) Perform final quality control checks prior to vehicle delivery Work across a wide range of makes and models Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop You’ll be part of a team that values precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement — where your expertise truly makes an impact.
