**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be tasked with maintaining a portfolio of key accounts and executing dealer sales strategies which maximise your brand's market leadership position. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating advertising campaigns
- Product range merchandising
- Conducting sales training
- Developing sound dealership relations
- Planning strategic visits to key retail outlets
- Selling the value proposition of your brand to dealers and retailers.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 4 years of retail or consumer product sales/ or marketing experience
- A "hunter" mentality and doesn't mind being on the road
- Strong interest in learning about and supporting all aspects of a business
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per month
- Team management experience in the retail space is highly regarded
