Customer Service Specialist
This role is a unique opportunity to engage with customers, utilising expert product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals.
You will proactively identify customer needs, refer them to specialist banking teams and coach customers on digital banking offerings.
This rewarding position blends sales and customer service, holding accountability for sales and referral targets.

This is a full-time, branch-based role with hours across Monday to Friday. A high-performer energy and unique ability to gauge and nurture strong customer relationships will be key to driving your success.
Requirements:
* Banking experience ideal, but not essential
* Strong experience in a customer-facing/phone-based sales role
* Resilience, tenacity, and an ability to flex
* Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs
