In this role, you will be responsible for the total care of each resident, including physical and emotional wellbeing, safety, and lifestyle needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care that meets their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Person-Centered Care: Provide exceptional care to residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
* Manage AN-ACC Portfolio: Effectively manage an AN-ACC portfolio, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
* Communicate Effectively: Develop strong relationships with residents and colleagues through effective communication, empathy, and active listening.
* Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing: Hold a recognized qualification in nursing, such as a Bachelor's degree or diploma.
* AHPRA Registration: Be registered with AHPRA with no restrictions, ensuring you meet the necessary standards for practice.
* Strong Documentation Skills: Possess excellent documentation skills, including record-keeping and assessment abilities.
* AN-ACC Framework Understanding: Have a solid understanding of AN-ACC frameworks and funding regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
