We're on the hunt for an experienced, passionate and hands‐on Event & Activations Producer to lead the delivery of our activations and events across Adelaide.

The Role
As our Events & Activations Producer, you will lead the end‐to‐end delivery of Enque activations – from concept through to execution. You'll be the driving force behind planning, producing and delivering a wide range of events, from pop‐ups and brand activations to large‐scale sporting events and campaigns. You'll oversee the on‐ground team, manage suppliers and logistics, and ensure every activation is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard. This role is both strategic and hands‐on – one minute you're building a run sheet or liaising with a client, the next you're onsite styling an activation or leading a bump‐in. You'll set the benchmark for quality, creativity and execution across all Enque projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end event and activation delivery, including design, planning, budgeting/quoting, creative print assets, execution and invoicing
* Create detailed run sheets, timelines and logistics plans
* Oversee onsite operations, troubleshooting in real time to ensure smooth delivery
* Manage post‐event and activation reporting, debriefs and client invoicing.
* Develop reactive creative briefs and activation concepts for high level brands
* Lead the implementation of creative direction across all activation including styling and presentation of all activation spaces
* Lead and manage the on‐ground team including Activation Ambassadors, bump‐in crew and warehouse staff
* Run team briefings and ensure clear communication across all projects
* Train, mentor and support Activation Ambassadors.
* Oversee staff weekly rostering
* Oversee event logistics including packing, inventory, transport and equipment management
* Manage procurement, preparation and maintenance of Enque assets, props and equipment
* Ensure all activations are delivered on time and to schedule
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, venues and partners
* Source, negotiate and manage suppliers across build, printing, catering and more
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives
* Ensure all events meet WHS requirements, permits and regulations
* Implement quality control processes and maintain Enque's high standards across all activations
* Assist with social media delivery when onsite at events and activations.
About You
* Minimum 3+ years proven experience in event production, activation, events, staffing or operations management
* Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage/ coordinate teams
* Experience working with graphic designers on marketing & event campaigns
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment
* Confident in communicating with clients, suppliers and staff
* Hands‐on approach – willing to jump in and get the job done
* Strong understanding of event logistics, operations and styling
* A natural problem solver who thrives under pressure with a proactive mindset
* Passion for creating fun, engaging and visually impactful experiences
* Ability to be flexible across a 7‐day week roster
