What this opportunity involves
We're currently seeking a Lease Administration Associate for an exciting opportunity with a national telecommunications client! This friendly and supportive team is looking for someone to bring their positive attitude, strong skills, and natural spark to this position.
Responsibilities
* Compile and manage lease property data for Account Stakeholders
* Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders
* Oversee and assist in abstracting new retail leases
* Perform document management of all new retail leases
* Review and reconcile landlord invoices and rental payments
* Manage lease administration workflows through PEGA system
* Maintain data integrity and compliance across portfolio systems
* Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required
What we are looking for
Your key strength is customer service and you have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or proactively in a close team environment. You will have demonstrated leasing or property administration experience and can understand and interpret commercial contracts and the obligations of both tenants and landlords.
* Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
* Problem-solving abilities for resolving landlord queries and discrepancies
* Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs
* Experience with lease administration systems
* University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law), OR at least 2 year relevant working experience
